Bag of Jelly Beans Costume

I was a bag of jelly beans for Halloween. The costume is very cheap and inexpensive to make.

Things you need: 1 big clear plastic bag, several small multiple colored water balloons, and lots of air in your lungs or helium.

Take the large clear plastic bag and cut two holes in the bottom for your legs to go through & two holes in the sides for your arms. blow up all the small balloons. step into to clear bag. Then place all the small blown up balloons inside then tie the top.

You can write on the clear bag and name yourself like jelly belly's or something. Don't forget to wear a funny hat cause it tops off the costume.
